Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients:
1. Eggs: 2
2. Milk -1 tbsp
3. Salt - a pinch
4. Crushed black pepper - a pinch
5. Dried Italian herbs(your choice) - 1/4 tsp
6. Butter - 1 tbsp


Method:
1. In a bowl whisk together the ingredients from 1 to 5.


2. Melt the butter in a skillet and pour the egg mixture into it. Stir constantly over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on the desired firmness of the eggs.


3. Serve hot.


* The Italian herbs I used were dried thyme, basil and parsley.
