1. Besan (gram flour) - 2 cups
2. Onion (big) - 1 thinly sliced
3. Potato - 1 (cut into small cubes)
4. Salt - as per taste
5. Chilli powder - 3/4th Tblsp
6. Hing - a pinch
7. Coriander leaves - a handful (finely chopped)
8. Water - to make batter.
9. Oil for frying
1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil.
2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Pour spoonfuls of the batter. Fry till golden brown on medium low flame. Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
3. Tastes better with a cup of tea :).
